Herbs for Health is a two day introductory course on herbal medicine running on Saturday 3 & 10 July between 10am-5pm at the Archway Herbal Clinic. You will explore the relationship between plants and health, make remedies for everyday conditions. You will consider a range of common ailments and find out how herbs can help you to maintain and support the health of your family and friends as well as benefitting yourself. A walk and tea tasting session are included.
