The Clinic employs a small, dedicated team of staff, all of whom work part-time.

The Archway Clinic of Herbal Medicine is a charity and a not-for-profit limited company.

It is run by a Board of Trustees, all of whom contribute their time and experience on a voluntary basis. The trustees include in alphabetical order Patsy Blake (Medical Herbalist), Barbara Cohen (discrimination law consultant), Diana Graham, Jonathan Lipscomb and AJ Yates (Medical Herbalist).
